Like foam board posters, poster board printing is for any project where the thinness of a regular poster print won’t do. Designed to be rigid, poster boards are perfect for school projects, wayfinding displays, restaurant menu specials, as well as decoration!
If your project requires large signage of any kind, poster board printing is a surprisingly affordable option. Traditionally, poster boards are sized at 22 x 28, but Printworks offers poster boards in custom sizes as well! Additionally, poster boards are perfect for any project that requires a tri fold display.
Looking for something more rigid than a poster board? A foam board poster is an excellent alternative, especially if you plan on using an easel.
If you foresee needing to write on your poster board, an uncoated stock will be the best choice for easy write-ability.
Poster boards are great for indoor use. If you need something that will be outdoors, look towards a banner or laminated poster!
If your poster board is large, be extra sure that your artwork is of high resolution to be sure that your image prints without pixelation! If you are unsure of your resolution, try designing on a larger canvas size. We can always size your file down, but we can’t enlarge your design without losing resolution.
