More than just name tags, event badge printing adds a level of class, security, and order to any gathering of people. If you need to quickly identify someone (or whether they belong in that restricted area!) event badges are an absolute must.
Event badge printing comes in many forms, but always results in a small print that is easily hung from a lanyard or shirt clip so it can be visibly displayed. With the option to laminate, your badges will remain useful event after event. Don’t go with the tacky “Hello My Name is” stickers that have been done over and over again. Event badges are always useful -- whether for a rock concert, theatre production, or corporate conference -- to make sure your attendees can get to know each other with ease.
Using your badges for a trade show? Consider adding a QR code that contains the information and contact details of the badge holder. This way, they can easily be scanned with a smartphone to be added to the mailing list of each booth visited at a trade show or expo!

Leave around ½” of space at the top of your design to make room for the hole punch or clip for lanyards.
Stick to conventional sizes when designing your badges. We recommend 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 because you will want them large enough to be legible but not too large to be cumbersome. It is also important to conform to these sizes for lamination.
If your laminate or badge will be on a lanyard, consider making both sides the same because the laminate or badge might spin around at some point while wearing!
